The
House of Reps yesterday Wednesday July 11th invited the Spanish
Ambassador to Nigeria, Mr Alvaro Castillo Aguilar (pictured above), to
explain why their embassy denied visas to the Nigerian Contingent to the
IAAF Junior championship.
The
24-man team was billed to participate in the International Association
of Athletics Federations championship which commenced on Tuesday July
10th in Barcelona Spain, but couldn't make it because the Spanish
embassy denied the delegation visa to the country. They later gave a
flimsy excuse. *hiss*
